1.1.4.7.4. Edit ticket of a specific user

Editing tickets is only possible for a specific user, not for all users.

In order to edit tickets for an individual user proceed as follows:

Call up

Optionally you can filter before.

Detailed information on this is found under Section 1.1.3, “Find users”.

In the table row of the desired user, in the Actions column click on Tickets.

-> The Manage tickets page appears. All available tickets of the respective user are listed in the Tickets section.

Invalid tickets are marked in red. (The ticket is expired or deactivated.)
