In order to edit tickets for an individual user proceed as follows:
Optionally you can filter before.
Detailed information on this is found under Section 1.1.3, “Find users”.
In the table row of the desired user, in the Actions column click on Tickets.
-> The Manage tickets page appears. All available tickets of the respective user are listed in the Tickets section.
Invalid tickets are marked in red. (The ticket is expired or deactivated.)
The Manage tickets page is subdivided in four sections:
Filter: If many tickets exist, then it makes sense to filter the ticket display.
In the Portal input field you can insert the desired portal and / or select one or more options (Ctrl key) under Facet, Type, Enabling or Validity.
The following actions can be performed:
Create ticket: Create new ticket
Clicking on the button the Create tickets page appears.
A detailed description is found under Section 1.1.4.7.1, “Create parts ticket” or Section 1.1.4.7.2, “Create time ticket”.
-> After clicking on the created ticket is also displayed in the Tickets section.
In the table, select the desired ticket(s) and then click on the Delete tickets button.
-> The same-named page appears with the respective message: "Are you sure you want to delete tickets?"
Select the desired ticket(s) in the table and then click on the Enable tickets button.
-> The same-named page appears with a message: "Are you sure you want to enable tickets?"
Select the desired ticket(s) in the table and then click on the Disable tickets button.
-> The same-named page with a respective message appears: " Are you sure you want to disable tickets?"
Tickets: Listing of all tickets of all portals concerning the user displayed under User information.
In the following the table structure and the possible actions are explained:
Meaning of the individual columns
Checkboxes: For those lines where the action has to apply for, select the checkbox.
Type: Shows the ticket type, either Parts Ticket (GenerationAmount) or Time Ticket (GenerationPeriod).
Enabled: Shows, whether the ticket is currently enabled or disabled .
Actions: For each ticket the following actions can be performed:
