1.1.4.7.2. Create time
ticket
With a
time ticket (Type = GenerationPeriod) you can
define an interval. Within this interval any amount of orders is
possible.
When the time
defined in the ticket has expired, then no orders are possible anymore.
The ticket will not automatically be reopened.
In order to create a time ticket do the
following:
Optionally
you can filter before.
Detailed information on this is found
under Section 1.1.3, “Find
users”.
Activate one or
more users in the Users section.
Click on the
Create tickets action.
-> The
same-named page opens.
Perform the
desired settings.
Facet:
Portal: Select the
desired portal in the list field.
Type: Select the GenerationPeriod ticket
type.
Start Date and End
Date: Click into the input fields of start and end date
and then in the opened calender sheet on the desired day.
Enabled: When you want to enable
the ticket, then select the checkbox.
Finally click
on Create.
-> If the
action was successful then a respective message is displayed.
