1.1.4.7.2. Create time ticket

In order to create a time ticket do the following:

  1. Optionally you can filter before.

    Detailed information on this is found under Section 1.1.3, “Find users”.

  2. Activate one or more users in the Users section.

  3. Click on the Create tickets action.

    -> The same-named page opens.

  4. Perform the desired settings.

    • Facet:

      • Catalogs

      Ticketing is currently supported only at this option.

    • Portal: Select the desired portal in the list field.

      There is no differentiation between QA and LIVE portals.

    • Type: Select the GenerationPeriod ticket type.

    • Start Date and End Date: Click into the input fields of start and end date and then in the opened calender sheet on the desired day.

    • Enabled: When you want to enable the ticket, then select the checkbox.

  5. Finally click on Create.

    -> If the action was successful then a respective message is displayed.
