1.1.4.7.1. Create parts ticket

In order to create a parts ticket, do the following:

  1. Optionally you can filter before.

    Detailed information on this is found under Section 1.1.3, “Find users”.

  2. In the table, activate one or several users.

  3. Click on the Create tickets action.

    -> The same-named page opens.

  4. Perform the desired settings.

    • Facet:

      • Catalogs

      Ticketing is currently supported only at this option.

    • Portal: Select the desired portal in the list field.

      There is no differentiation between QA and LIVE portals.

    • Type: Select the GenerationAmount ticket type.

    • Time Unit: Select the time unit in the list field. The following options are available:

      • day

      • week

      • month

      • year

    • Max. Amount: Insert the maximum amount of allowed orders for the defined interval in the input field.

    • Enabled: When you want to enable the ticket, then select the checkbox.

  5. Finally click on Create.

    -> If the action was successful then a respective message is displayed.
