1.3.3.6. RFQ -- Analyze requests for quotation

Via RFQ option you can display requests for quotation, which have been sent to you concerning a certain component on your portal.

In order to call the statistic type RFQ proceed as follows:

  1. Under Type, select the option RFQ.

  2. The remaining settings under Interval and Catalogs please perform as already described underSection 1.3.3.1, “Basic settings (Generation Statistic)”.

  3. When all settings are made, click on Search or Extended Search.

    -> The search starts and the results are displayed in table or chart form.

    2. Table: In the input field of each column header you can filter, meaning you can search by using a certain string or substring contained in fields.

      The table contains the following columns:

      • Date:

      • Type:

        • External RFQ

          Extra (optionally): Integration of a web service which is provided by customer

          Under Actions Show email and Show details is displayed.

        • Internal RFQ

          Standard

          Under Actions only Show email is displayed.

      • Order number:

      • User email: Email address of the requesting user

      • Planned delivery:

      • Contact country:

      • Contact email:

      • Actions:

        • Display of Show email and Show details (See Type=External RFQ):

          Show details: Quote number, Catalog, User, Company, ZIP, City, Country and Total (total amount in Euro) is displayed.

          Show email: The email shows a link to the detailed input into the web service.

        • Display of Show email (See Type=Internal RFQ): Part information such as catalog, desired date of delivery, preview image, part name and amount of ordered part is displayed, furthermore user information.

      Save as template: You can save the settings for an analysis of requests for quotation as a template (see Section 1.3.4, “Working with templates ”).

      Export: You can export the table in CSV file format (see Section 1.3.5, “Export statistic”).
