Under User management click on Manage users.

You reach the same-named page.

Optionally you can filter before.

Detailed information on this is found under Section 1.1.3, “Find users”.

In the table, activate one or several users.

Click on the Create portal locks button.

-> The Create portal locks page opens.

In the User information section the concerned users are displayed.

In the Portal lock information section, in the Portal list field select the desired portal.

State a reason for the portal lock in the Reason input field (e.g. mass downloader, competitor).

When all settings are performed, then click on Create.

If the portal lock has been successfully performed, a respective message is displayed.
