1.1.4.8.2. Delete roles

Deleting roles is only possible for a specific user.

In the following it is described how you can delete one or several roles of a specific user:

  1. Optionally you can filter before.

    Detailed information on this is found under Section 1.1.3, “Find users”.

  2. Click on the Roles action in the desired user row, in the Actions column.

    -> The Manage user roles dialog is opened.

    In the table, all roles of the respective user are displayed.

  3. Now you can delete one, several or all roles of the selected user:

    In the following the different possibilities are described:

    • Delete one or several specific roles

      In the table, select one or more checkboxes and then under Actions, click on Remove user roles.

    • Delete a specific role

      In the row to delete, in the Actions column, click on Delete.

  4. In any case you are prompted to confirm the action.

    If you really want to delete user roles, then click on Delete, otherwise on Cancel.

  5. If the action was successful, a respective message is displayed.
