In the following it is described how you can check your billing:

Follow the link on your billing:
Log in.
Select Generation Statistic.
Select your catalog and then click on More Statistics.

Settings under More Statistics

Under Type select the Billing option.
Note
Using the Billing option you can check what has been charged in your billing.

Select your catalog, if it is not yet selected under Selected Catalogs.

	Tip
	Enter the catalog name on the left side under Filter and then double-click the catalog displayed under Available items. Now the catalog is displayed on the right side under Selected items.

Under Interval, set the billing interval.

Click on Search or Extended search ^[8].

The billing statistic is displayed.

The information under Interval and Billing interval should be identic.

Under Billing Files (part/assembly | regular | sent) the files charged in the billing are displayed. The same amount of files should be displayed.

Under Email payment exclusions all catalogs or email addresses are listed, where no payment is asked for.

- Server type:
  - Apps: Called via Smartphone or Tablet PC
  - External: Called via assistant, web shop integration
  - PARTcommunity: Called from a PARTcommunity Portal
  - PARTserver: Only interesting in the case of statistics with intervals before 2012.
- Server category:
  - Enterprise: Company portal for external collaborators (no free access), which mostly contains various supplier catalogs.
  - OEM: Portal with all free CADENAS catalogs.
  - Supplier: Portal with the catalog of a certain supplier.
