Directly after opening the site, no data will be shown yet. At first determine catalog or portal and if you need "Previews".

Catalog / portal selection: If you maintain more than one catalog, at the top in the list field, select the desired catalog. If only one catalog is available, the respective results are immediately displayed.

Previews: If previews shall be displayed in addition to downloads, activate the checkbox under Previews. If only downloads of CAD models are interesting, deactivate the checkbox.

	The preview selection only concerns the Dashboard, not More Statistics.

Calling catalog or portal

Load Dashboard: You will get an overview on the most important events such as download numbers.

More Statistics: You can determine statistic type, interval and catalogs and select from a wide range of chart types. See Section 1.3.3, “More Statistics”.

The values on Downloads Today, Downloads This Week, Download This Month, Downloads This Year

Full Report: When clicking on the link, a chart is displayed which can be adjusted in many ways:

Hidden levels are marked with "x".

Data range: Determine the statistic interval via input fields or list field (e.g.: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, etc.).
Compared to previous: Select up to 9 overlaying levels (see above).
When clicking on the colored icon of desired level, the respective level becomes hidden.

After changes click on Refresh.

Within the chart, more functions are available:

View mode: 2D or 3D
View mode 2D (3D compare above)
Order: Sort sequence
Export chart: You can export the chart in a HTML file.
Manage events: In order to visualize how a certain event affects the downloads, you can overlay it inside the chart.
Overlayed event
1. Click on the button Manage events.
  -> A table with appropriate parameters is displayed: Category, Subject, Beginning, End, Catalog
2. Determine the parameters.
3. Click on Create.
  -> The set event is displayed now as point in the chart. See Fig. „Overlayed event“. At mouseover you can see the Subject text in the tooltip. In this way events can easily be analyzed in regard to downloads.

If you do not have the respective rights, a note is displayed.

Beside Performance other categories are displayed.

Top Downloaders - This month ^[3]

Locations - This month ^[5]: How orders are spread over different countries? Countries with existing downloads are displayed in the world map with blue color. At mouseover the percentage value is displayed.
Locations This Week | Top CAD Formats This Week
In the list field, there are three different setting options:
- Orders: Absolute number of orders
- Orders Per Million Population:
- Orders Per Million Int.-$ PPP: Orders per million gross domestic product
Top CAD Formats - This month ^[6]: You can analyse the percentage distribution of different CAD formats.

Top Products - This month
Top Domains - This month
