In the following you can find an overview on the statistic types Orders, Order items and Files.

Orders
A search with type Orders delivers a list of all orders.

Statistic type "Orders"

Optionally, you can reach the view Order details with table Order items via link Details from every order line.

You can find a detailed description under Section 1.3.3.2.2, “Orders | Order items | Files -- Example type "Orders"”.

Order items:

A search with type Order items provides all assemblies (not their parts), parts and preview images in all formats.

For 2D CAD formats each view is listed separately.

Statistic type "Order items"

From each table line, you can reach the view Order details with table Order item via link Details optionally.

	Note
	Part files of assemblies are not directly displayed in statistic type Order Items (in contrast to statistic type Files), however, can be viewed when clicking on Details. They are displayed below the assembly file.

Note

Often it is not as much interesting who created previews, but rather who downloaded a CAD model. Hereto use the respective filter.

Either using Extended Search or by calling More filters on the result page.

In filter Preview, select the item Download.

Preview: All formats, which are displayed as preview (3D previews, animated GIFs and 2D dimension drawings)
Download: All CAD formats, which were created by the user for download, email delivery or direct integration.

Files

Using the Files option all Order items (assemblies and parts) + Order item components (parts of assemblies) are displayed.

So the list contains all assemblies, single parts, derivations and preview images in all formats.

The two following figures exemplarily show an assembly with two parts.

	At assembly files the column Order item component file name remains empty.

Especially at orders of assemblies with a lot of parts, in several 2D CAD formats (each with several views), the single files under Order item components can reach a considerable number.
